I'm Vanessa, a Mindful Arts Specialist who helps people find calm, clarity, and insight through mindfulness and creative practices.

 

Whether you're navigating major life transitions or just hit a bump in the road, recovering from cancer or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you'll discover that mindfulness and simple, yet powerful creative practices are both accessible and transformative (yes, even if you've never considered yourself "artistic"!).​​
